By downloading or using Dremotto, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Dremotto is an experimental dream-journaling and relaxation app for iOS and Apple Watch. You choose a theme, play a calming bedtime game, and the app gently replays your theme as you fall asleep, a technique inspired by published research on Targeted Dream Incubation.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Dremotto for your own non-commercial use, subject to these Terms and the Apple Media Services Terms.
You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, resell, sublicense, or modify the app, nor use it in any unlawful way or in a manner that could harm you or others.
Themes, voice recordings, and notes you create stay on your device and remain yours. We do not access them. You are responsible for anything you record.
Dremotto is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of sleep detection, or any particular dream outcome. Sensor-based sleep detection is approximate and may be wrong.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, arising from your use of or inability to use the app. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
The app is distributed through the Apple App Store. Apple is not a party to these Terms and is not responsible for the app. Apple’s own terms also apply.
You may stop using the app and delete it at any time. We may discontinue the app or update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at the developer’s place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and subject to any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
