Quick things to try first
- Make sure you’re on the latest version from the App Store.
- Fully close and reopen the app; restart the device if a sensor seems stuck.
- Check motion and (if you use a Watch) Health permissions in iOS Settings.
- All your data is stored only on your device — deleting and reinstalling the app gives you a clean start.
Refunds & billing
Purchases and refunds are handled by Apple. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. We don’t have access to your payment details.
